Ordering

Alcohol orders you must be at least 21 years old:
You must be at least 21 years old to order and receive alcohol from Cocoa Diva’s Chocolate Bar. All orders require and adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
All wine shipped through UPS cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.

What is our return/refund policy?
If you are dissatisfied with our products, we would like the chance to correct the situation. Submit an inquiry by email to customersupport@cocoadivasf.com

Do you have to pay sales tax?
Yes, we must collect applicable sales tax on all orders according to California State Sales Tax.

What if I am not home to sign for my order?
UPS will make three attempts to deliver to a person who is at least 21 years old. After the third attempt and no adult is home, UPS will return the package back to us. We will contact you if your package has been returned to us and issue a full refund to your credit card. You can re-order undelivered items and a new order will be shipped to you.

Special orders, personal gifts & corporate gifts?
Yes, we can take special/customized orders and gift orders as long as it is product we can get through our distributors. A credit card is required when taking special orders. Call us at (866) 278-4538 ext 703 and we will be glad to help you.

If you don’t like giving your credit card info online?
Call us and we can take your order over the phone with your credit card (866) 278-4538.

What forms of payment do we accept online?
We accept Visa and MasterCard online only.

Canceling an order?
Orders must be canceled before items have been shipped for a full refund.

Incorrect Addresses or Returned Packages?
Cocoa Diva’s Chocolate Bar will charge the customer for any fees accrued for incorrect address information or returned packages.

How to store chocolate?
Store your chocolates in a cool, dry place under 70 degrees Fahrenheit, out of direct sunlight.

Shipping

When do we ship?
Most orders ship out once a week through UPS. Except, peak months December, February and holidays, we ship as needed for on-time delivery.

What do we ship and where?
We ship wearing apparel and chocolate to all 50 states.
We only ship wine via UPS to states that California can legally ship to:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado,
Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida,
Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana,
Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine,
Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska,
Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico,
New York, North Carolina, North Dakota,
Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South
Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia,

What is Standard Shipping vs. Express Shipping?
Orders placed using standard shipping methods will be received in 5-7 days from the day the order was placed or sooner. Orders placed using the express shipping method will be received in 2-3 days or sooner. Delivery days include Saturday’s deliveries.

How do I get free shipping?
Order four bottles of wine or more and get free shipping
Order four Cocoa Diva packages or more and get free shipping

Do we ship Internationally?
Not yet but, we will when our volume and capacity increases.

Can your shipping address be different from your billing address?
Yes, you may place an order and have it shipped to a different address than your billing address.

Can you ship to residential or business?
Yes, we can ship to residential or business addresses. We highly recommend shipping to business addresses to ensure an adult at least 21 can sign for the package. UPS will make three attempts to deliver to an adult at least
21 before returning the package.

What if I want my product “delivered”?
We deliver packages of chocolate & wine to addresses in the Greater Bay Area. Call (866) 278-4538 ext 702
(extra fees may apply depending on distance).

Damaged or Broken Bottles?
If you received items that are broken or damaged we can issue a full refund to your credit card or re-send the order at no additional charge to you.

What is my order status?
You will automatically receive an email with a copy of your invoice after your order is completed online.

What is my shipping & delivery status?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email via UPS to track the status of shipping and delivery verification.
